4. Is shipping free? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) applies to all orders – no minimum required. It's our default and what most customers pick.

Returns accepted for unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping fees if applicable). Contact us to initiate. Opened items like keyboards or mice are eligible for exchange if defective (e.g., DOA or manufacturing issues).
